wanderlust...

I think we're all getting eager for a new season, amiright?
Today let's just revel in some eye candy travel shots!
---------
Some places I've been:

Paris
London. Amsterdam.
Venice
Florence. Rome.

-----------
Further fuel to this growing fever of wanderlust:

Ok, that was just a pile of sweet torture.
I'm so grateful that I was blessed enough to travel in my twenties!
Sometimes Ben and I like to 'dream' where we may go in the future... if we rub two pennies together.

In these dreams I can still taste those Americanos, with a sweet treat tucked on the saucer.
I can still feel the cobblestone under my feet.
Feel the history, the culture in every facet of my surroundings.
le sigh.

Really, I'd probably sell my left arm just to sit in that claw foot tub and see that view out the window!

If you could travel anywhere... what place would you pick?

wanderlusting,
mel ;o)

  2. Would love to explore my roots and travel to Scotland! Specifially the Perthshire area but it won't be for you know... 25 more years after my kid moves out.

Or Amsterdam, I'd love to go there as well!

I think I'd go back to Holland to explore more. Both of my parents are Dutch immigrants, so my entire family is still there.... and it's been 11 years since I last went, so it's probably time for a reunion.

I'm going straight to my travel scrapbooks to reminisce and sigh. I don't know when I'll get anywhere again. But it doesn't hurt to dream. Doesn't hurt too much....

  16. Yes, that was torture. Thanks a lot!
    Beautiful photos!
So far, I've traveled to the east and west sides of Canada and been to France, Italy, Ireland and a few places in the USA. I really want to go to Mexico and see the Mayan ruins and I want to go to the Brazilian rain forest and to Spain, to Greece, to Japan, to Switzerland, to Morrocco, to Madagascar, to Africa, I want to go almost anywhere! That being said, I feel very blessed to be right where I am now :) I think it's time for a cup of tea and a bath.
