slide.show.sunday. take 38.

What a beautiful weekend!
Here's a bit of what we got up to...
A family hike in our favourite park/woods (Ben's teaching Azriel to forage for edible bugs.....kidding!)
Butterfly's were fluttering everywhere!  Azi wanted to 'flap' her wings too...
Some playground fun ("Honey, I shrunk the kids!"...anyone?)
Saturday I got to have a hot date with the two hunks in my life...Ben & Hudson took me downtown, while Azriel visited her Grandparents.
The Silver Bean Cafe = a true sign of summer's arrival!
A colourful lunch date at The Planet Bakery... I think big Hudson is officially like "Benjamin Button" - he's not even three months old yet and he's the size of a toddler!! Gah!
A gorgeous day to lounge outside for 'family.dinner.saturdays' at the in-laws.
The tradition of 'tea time' after every family dinner...and it always tastes better there!
Lastly, THAT supermoon.... did you howl under it too?

I love that no matter where you are in the world,
far or near,
entering spring or winter,
speaking other languages,
wearing other coloured skin,
rich or poor...
... we're all under that big glowing peephole into Heaven.

Happy weekend friends,
see you on the flip side!

  1. Brad got some photos of that giant moon as well! So amazing! He was standing outside, camera stuck to his face, barefoot and completely oblivious to the fact that it was 0 C!!! I was snuggled on the couch in front of the heater, toasty! I did go and have a look....and tell him to put his dang shoes on!x

  3. Wow, what an action packed week-end you guys had - the weather warming up is a great chance to get outdoors again!  We had that big old moon over our house last night, we sat outside and enjoyed it hanging around - getting a bit colder at night here but the days have been glorious! Off on my holiday in a couple of days, can't wait to see number 1 son : )

Ha! totally got the honey I shrunk the kids reference. Careful though if you shrunk the kids and Ben forages for bugs to eat he might accidentally forage a kid. Like the cheerios scene. Just one question though if you shrunk Hudson would he be that tiny or just the size of a regular baby?

Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Either way keep up
